A quick post, as I'm at work and very busy today.
The daffodils in our roadside ditch are finally beginning to bloom. I took this before work today.
A few native plants are beginning to bloom. This is something I've noticed every spring, part-way around the circle we live on, and I've always wondered what it was. No time to look it up now, but here it is for posterity so I can look it up another time. It was windy when I took this picture - last night - so it's a bit blurry.
And look what a difference just 18 days makes. The picture on the left is from April 1st, the picture on the right is from yesterday, April 18. (As always, click on picture for larger view.)
Okay - enough for today. I'll have pictures of seedlings for tomorrow.
